Our 2 Day workshops are filled with instruction, insight and inspiration
(and of course, lots of hands-on photography, critique and review)
We will review your work and teach you some philosophy and hands-on techniques that will help you learn to observe differently, refine your style, build your ability to adapt, open up your receptivity to critique, and help you be confident that you will always come away with your photo. We want to help participants lay the foundations to be able to transcend trends, and feel confident when given no opportunity for props or posing. You will learn to apply improvisation to your style's greatest challenges.
Included is a portfolio review, a website critique, and personal-to-you feedback on where your work suggests you may best be able to market and brand toward a speciality.
Most importantly, the 2 Day workshop will incorporate lessons that will stick with you, and only fully bloom in your mind over the next several months and years post workshop. We don't want people leaving the experience, knowing that it made them feel good, but wondering what the substantive take-aways were. The 2 Day workshop will provide a combination of immediate tools and a mindset for long term insight and continuing improvement.
